Introducing our Newest Client… Coppins Jewellers

The team here at ID Cubed take enormous pride in helping local companies to get their name out there and reach new audiences. These companies all have fantastic products and business models; they just need some support when it comes to their digital efforts.

So, as you can imagine, we were extremely happy when we were recently started work for Coppins, an independent jewellers based in the beautiful town of Corsham. Coppins is a family-run business that’s been designing and making exquisite pieces of jewellery for over 30 years.

Whenever we work with family-run businesses, we are always taken aback by their enthusiasm and passion for their products – and Coppins is certainly no exception.

Over the years, Coppins has earned itself a reputation as being one of Wiltshire’s leading jewellers. Step inside the shop and we’re sure you’ll be just as amazed as we were at the diversity of products on offer, from sparkling engagement rings to earrings, necklaces, cufflinks and much more.

Although Coppins had a website, it lacked information about the vast range of products on offer – it simply wasn’t doing the shop justice. As well as this, the team were admittedly too busy creating and selling beautiful pieces of jewellery to monitor their social media accounts!

So, after spending some time with Coppins and learning about the ins-and-outs of the business, we got to work putting together a robust, integrated digital strategy. It was about time that Coppins – and its beautiful jewellery – got the online recognition it deserves.

The first port of call was to work on product descriptions for the jewellery, making sure we captured the beauty and diversity of each piece with the language we used. We then started a blog to support the website content, writing regular articles and pushing them out on Coppins’ social channels.

Our social team now manages Coppins social media, managing competitions and sharing blog articles and other content we feel will captivate the company’s target audience. Topics have so far ranged from jewellery trends to tips on wedding planning, to events happening in the local area. We will also be supporting our social efforts with innovative email marketing campaigns.

We believe that local businesses are the lifeblood to our economy, so we consider it a privilege to be in partnership with a company like Coppins. Though this is the start of our journey, we’re excited to see how our digital marketing expertise will have a positive impact on Coppins in the years to come.
